Aim of the session

The aim of the session is to support you to plan and manage your revision effectively.

 

 

Effective Revision

 

Being good at revising is essential for AS/A level success.  It is a skill so there are techniques which can be learned.

 

Task 1: In small groups discuss the things which make revision effective and identify your top 5 tips for revising effectively.

 

Feedback to the whole group.

 

Task 2:  Watch the short animation that staff and students at the college have put together which outlines the key ingredients for successful exam preparation.  Make a note of any tips which would be helpful to you.

Remember that you need to make a planner if you haven’t done so already to be confident that you can fit everything in before the exams including time out!
