One to Ones continued
It is really important that in the first three weeks of Term 2 that al personal tutors make time within classes for a one to one catch up with all learners. This one to one should cover:

Grades and information from the December reports

Progress being made against ALPs targets
-
Targets to help learning move forward and to keep you motivated to achieve and get the best possible results.

Whilst undertaking one to ones all learners can follow the work below career goals and next steps
Now's the time to think about next steps.
Options include:

Progressing on to a university course

Finding an apprenticeship

Finding a job
Deciding which career to pursue or course to take at University can be a difficult decision. It involves thinking about your own skills, interests, qualifications and abilities, personality, needs and values, and matching them against the requirements of particular types of work.
