Excellent attendance is really important to doing well in College and we keep a close watch on your attendance and will work with you to make sure that you understand the need to attend all classes. We will text you if you are absent from class and we haven't had a report in for you. We will also reward you for excellent attendance (see our digital badge section below).
Student Code of Conduct and Equality and Diversity
It's important that you read and understand the student code of conduct. Your behaviour in College will be reported on to parents and to future employers, so it is essential that you understand what is and isn't acceptable behaviour in and out of class when you are at College.
The College is committed being a safe and diverse community. Please look at our charter and think about how we treat others at College. If you ever feel unsafe or bullied please contact us immediately safeguarding@cambria.ac.uk or speak to Student Services.
Personal Details and Qualifications Check
We ask you to check on EBS Ontrack that:
-
the personal details we have for you, including your parent's email address and your mobile phone number are correct.
-
All your qualifications are correct and complete
You may be asked to provide evidence of qualifications (certificates or exam results slips) where the college is unable to access your qualifications from the Learner Records Service. You may not be allowed to continue on your chosen course without providing verifiable evidence of achieving the required qualifications.
