INDUCTION
ICE BREAKER ACTIVITIES DAY 1 and 2
It's important to play a few games which get your group relaxed and familiar with each other. You can choose from this selection. If you have another icebreaker which you use and would like to share, please send to carys.davies@cambria.ac.uk
Day 2
Day 1
Although the emphasis of induction days is to welcome students and helping them to feel at ease at College, there are a few administrative tasks to be completed during the course of the days:
1. Group lists - the names of students need to be checked
2. Student timebles and ID cards. Any issues relating to these need to be sorted induction and via Student Support Services
3. Student records and qualifications - each student's personal record needs to be checked by the learner, and their qualifications verified by the personal tutor, who needs to see original certificates or examination confirmation slips.
